Rev. Dr. Dayna Kinkade

Senior Pastor

Dayna Kinkade began her ministry with FCCO July of 2013.  She is a graduate of Iowa State University and Vanderbilt Divinity School.  She was ordained in 1989 and served several congregations in Iowa before moving to California. She completed her Doctor of Ministry degree from Phillips Theological Seminary in May 2017.

 

Rev. Michelle Harris-Gloyer

Associate Pastor

Michelle Harris-Gloyer attended FCCO while she was an undergraduate student, and she later returned to serve as one of the pastors in May of 2013.  She is a graduate of Chapman University and Pacific School of Religion.  Michelle has served congregations in Northern California and Kansas City, as well as Regional and General Church ministries with young adults and youth in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).  She has also worked in senior care housing, public health, and community organizing.

Phil Chap

Organist

Phil Chap began with FCCO in 2005 as organist and accompanist. He previously held positions at Trinity Lutheran in Silverton, Oregon, and St. Paul’s Lutheran in Tokyo, Japan. His interests include a range of musical styles, including French Romantic and contemporary. He has studied with the late William Fawk, with whom he performed in Europe, and currently with Esther Jones. He is on the Board of the Orange County Chapter of the American Guild of Organists, which hosts regional and national artists for performances in Orange County, and which won the “Grow the Guild” award in 2012.
